IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST AND TIGHTEN UP YOU MUST COUNT YOUR SODIUM INTAKE, BECAUSE SODIUM/SALT IS WHAT CAUSES RAPID WEIGHT GAIN AS WELL AS RAPID WEIGHT LOST. IF YOU ARE CONSUMING MORE THAN 1200 MG OF SODIUM YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR NOT ONLY WEIGHT GAIN, BUT ALSO HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HYPERTENSION, HEART ATTACK, STROKE, AND BLOOD CLOTS.
