WATER!!!

MOST PEOPLE THAT I TALK TO DO NOT REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER! WATER IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FOOD. THE HUMAN BODY CAN GO DAYS WITHOUT FOOD, BUT THE HUMAN BODY CAN'T GO DAYS WITHOUT WATER. THAT SAYS ALOT ABOUT WATER DOES'NT IT? DRINKING AT LEAST 6 TO 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY KEEPS THE BODY REGULARIZED AND FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. DRINKING WATER ALSO ACTS AS A DIURETIC WHICH MAKES THE BODY PUSH OUT UN-WANTED WATER THAT YOU MAY THINK IS FAT. I DRINK A GALLON OF WATER DAILY, AND THAT AMOUNT OF WATER KEEPS MY BODY VERY HARD, VASCULAR, AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. SO PUT DOWN THE JUICES AND SODAS AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND YOU WILL NOTICE A HUGE DIFFERENCE WITH YOUR BODY!
