ALL YOU NEED IS 20 MINS A DAY CARDIO SESSION TO HAVE A HOT BODY! YOU CAN WALK ON A TREADMILL AT 3 RPM-ABOVE, RIDE A STATIONARY BIKE, WALK OUTSIDE OR JOG IF YOU LIKE. IT'S THIS SIMPLE! BUT IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU STAY ON THE KALI MUSCLE DIET WHILE YOU ARE WORKING ON GETTING THAT HOT BODY, AND WHEN YOU GET YOUR BODY WHERE YOU WANT IT, YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO MAINTAIN IT FROM NOW ON!!
